With nearing 30 years of Real Estate Expertise in the Colorado Front Range market, Tammy has built her career on one simple philosophy: real estate is never just about property—it is about people, integrity, education, client protection, and lots of strategy.
Early in her career, Tammy experienced several transactions that would shape the way she approached every client relationship moving forward. Faced with unexpected title issues, lender delays, and intense negotiations, she quickly realized that buying or selling a home could be one of the most emotional and financially significant decisions in a person’s life. That experience taught her that clients needed far more than someone to unlock doors or place a sign in the yard—they needed an advocate, an educator, and a strategist.
That philosophy became the foundation of the business.
Since then, Tammy has helping over 500+ families buy, sell, relocate, invest, and build wealth through real estate. Her expertise spans first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, luxury properties, relocation services, new construction, distressed property solutions, and investment opportunities. She is especially known for helping clients understand the many details that other agents overlook—pricing strategy, title and deed education, HOA documents, metro districts, negotiation strategy, and market timing.

Shellon has joined the team and she is a powerhouse with customer service as her primary goal.
